Take it if your application needs IPv6: on the other four the sixth version does not leave the machine — an address is assigned, but no traffic goes out over it. A French address is the second reason.
The databases disagree about the city: ipinfo and ipwho.is say Paris, ip-api says the Netherlands. The network itself is French. Most services will see France, but not all of them. If a French address is a hard requirement, write to us before paying and we will check it against the service you need.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this a dedicated IP address?
- No. The addresses are shared and static: they do not change on every connection, so your logins stay put, but you share the address with other users of the server.
- Can I switch between locations?
- Yes. Every location in your plan arrives in one subscription list; switching is a tap in the app, with nothing extra to pay.
- Do Russian sites and banking apps work through the tunnel?
- For someone in Russia the subscription carries a routing profile: Russian sites go direct, everything else through the server. Abroad it is the other way round — pick the Russia server from the PRO plan and use the subscription link with split=0, and Russian services will see a Russian address.
